Our Main Tasks include
- to monitor the provision and submission obligations of the operators of service facilities and allocation bodies
- to monitor the market and produce statistics and reports
- the observation fo the route-coordination procedure
- to enforce non-discriminatory access to rail infrastructure and service facilities
- To help customers assert their rights as an arbitration and/or enforcement body
- the implementation of procedures concerning access to rail infrastructure, connecting lines and conditions of carriage for rail passenger transport
- the approval of framework agreements with a term of more than ten years
- the review of the access-charges with all its components
- the processing of complaints against operators of service facilities and allocation bodies and complaints concerning access to training facilities
