Our Main Tasks include

  • to monitor the provision and submission obligations of the operators of service facilities and allocation bodies
  • to monitor the market and produce statistics and reports
  • the observation fo the route-coordination procedure
  • to enforce non-discriminatory access to rail infrastructure and service facilities
  • To help customers assert their rights as an arbitration and/or enforcement body
  • the implementation of procedures concerning access to rail infrastructure, connecting lines and conditions of carriage for rail passenger transport
  • the approval of framework agreements with a term of more than ten years
  • the review of the access-charges with all its components
  • the processing of complaints against operators of service facilities and allocation bodies and complaints concerning access to training facilities
