Die Schienen-Control GmbH ist committed to ensuring the barrier-free access of ist websites, namely Schienen-Control and Agency for Passenger Rights (apf), in accordance with the Web-Accessibility Act (WZG) in it’s current version to implement Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parlament and the  Council of 26. October 2016, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (Amtsblatt L 327 from 2.12.2016, p. 1).

This accessibility statement applies to the websites schienencontrol.gv.at and apf.gv.at, including any sub-domains.

This website is partly compliant with Conformity-Level AA of the „Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1“ or the appliccable harmonized European Standard EN 301 549 V.2.1.2 (2018-08) due tot he following incompatibilitis and exceptions.

  1. Enforcement Procedures

If you are not satisfied with the response from the above-mentioned contact options, you can file a complaint with the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically through the contact form on the complaint portal.

FFG will review complaints to determine if they pertain to violations of the Web Accessibility-Act, particularly deficiencies in meeting accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an entity associated with it.

If the complaint is found to be justified, the FFG will issue recommendations tot he federal government or the relevant entities, suggesting actions to remedy the identified deficiencies.
